THIS SHIT IS GENIUS, AND WAS MY FIRST EXPOSURE TO P.J HARVEY AND IT TOTALLY BLEW MY MIND!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PLAYING ON THIS RECORD IS GREAT, THE ALBINI PRODUCTION IS AWESOME, IF YOU LISTEN TO IN UTERO AND LAST SPLASH THERE IS SONICALLY A LOT THAT TIES THESE THREE RECORDS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!! BUGS F. BUNNY WAS KNOWN TO HAVE PERFORMEDED TRACK 11, "DRY", IN THEIR EARLY LIVE SETS.

LET'S BRING THIS BACK TO P.J. HARVEY. TO LET YOU ALL IN ON A PERSONAL ANECDOTE, I HAVE LONG MAINTAINED THAT I WOULD DROP EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE AND MOVE IN WITH MS. HARVEY IF I MET HER AND SHE REALIZED THAT SOME DUANE WAS WHAT SHE NEEDED. SHE WOULD WRITE SONGS ABOUT ME AND SHIT LIKE THAT. !!!1

'Racism Watch' sounds like a spinoff tv show with the Hasselhoff that showld be on the Why Bother network or WTF they are calling that network these days - CW mebbe? At any rate, it takes a token to know a token. :)

Is that a photo of her on the cover? You'd be like the homliest couple ever!

Unfair and untrue, DU. Theduane is adorable. And Miss Harvey is sauciness personifieded!

regardless of the claim's veracity - it delivered the type of response from the Duane that I was seeking.

Love this album. I think it is track number 4 that starts with a wail and "you're divine" great stuff

FWIW: One of the best music mags in the world has the subject of the latest immersion thread on the front cover this month: My subscription ran out in March, and I havent plunked down yet - overseas rates are a bitch, yo. PS: I dont think the Wire has ever done any in-depth Anthrax journalism. Pity.

Which one of Barbaro's song's opening guitar/bass riffs is a complete ripoff of "Missed"? I don't have a their albums with me at work. PS-- MM is looking PRETTY BAD lately.

BUMP!

It's "ditch." (track 3 of self-titled album.) But after a few listens, it's only the first riff that sounds similar, and the rest of the song is just influenced. I challenge you all to listen to them next to one another and prove me right/wrong.

L: Maybe you should do a Barbaro immersion? I love this album, even now.

Two week immersion? Pass. But God bless the Barb.

Meagan's new band is called "Cheater Pint." The artwork details the amount of booze the band drank. Get her in rehab!
