Heathrow

Heathrow sucks.

Or at least being here for 4 hours waiting for a flight does!

Be prepared for a billion pictures of Winchester and vicinity from Pchippy-- Vienna pictures will happen after I take them (starting tonight!)

Heathrow terminal 4 is alright, as far as London airports go. At least they have a couple of interesting shops (Agent Provocateur, Ted Baker). The other 3 Heathrow terminals are just OK. Stansted and Gatwick are pretty lame, and London City Airport is almost nonexistent - it's like a bus station. Luton is, well, not really in London. So... again, lame. But airports are all soul-sucking, regardless of how tarted up they are.

I'm off to the Big Smoke again tomorrow myself (landing at Stansted). Pity I've missed you, G!
