You are right! The Sky Bar reference brought it all into clear relief. I remember Chris Olds being utterly awesome that night (was there dancing?) and I think I'd gotten ahold of some clove cigarettes, which doesn't bode well for my being on good behavior. I hope Jackie forgives me. Seriously, I wish I could say or do something even remotely helpful. In the absence of knowing what that might be, I send lots of affection Chez DU.
