I think we went to this dude's brother Joe's Birthday party when we were 12 or something. I almost shit a brick when I saw him on Comedy Central last night. He dropped two Shrewsbury Fagens. He was at a Celebrity Golf Tourney and someone said "Do I know you from somewhere?" Mike says "I don't know. Are you from Shrewsbury? I was on the Economy Paint Little League team" He has a hour long comedy special on right now. It's good.

Dude, Me, you, and his brother Joe used to hang out all the time between 4th and 7th grade. He lived right down the street from me, but then he went to St. John's and battle lines were drawn. Joe and I did a fair amount of terrorizing young Mike but I remember him being a pretty good kid.
I heard about him doing stand up a long time ago, good to see he is rockin' it. A little to vanilla for my taste but it's neat that when he tells this bear story I actual know the setting.
Also, I had a crush on his sister Patty.
Oh yeah, Joe also had one of those long, bendy skateboards with a handle. Weird.

ok I guess you are not as impressed. Who else from Shrewsbury has ever been on Comedy Central. WTF?!?!?! If you watch the show, he throws out a couple Shrews fagens. It's a trip.

Be careful of Patty, man. I hear that - at a certain point in the evening - she turns into a freakin' bear.
