saw them a few years ago in Woostah with Weezah.
Dave Grohl's live act really impressed me - I liked them a whole lot more that night then the band I went to see in the first place. Rivers Cuomo and co just weren't as rockin - very static performance from the W.

saw them in worcester in 2000 with queens of the stone age. that was an amazing show. both bands destroyed that place. then saw them next year at tweeter with red hot chili peppers. both bands SUCKED. and we missed blonde redhead (who opened show).

The show was good. The band started off pretty hard with some new songs; and then after the drum solo Dave ran down a long platform to the other side of the DCU Center. At which point another drum set started to fall. So I thought "no way Dave is going to rock out on the drums now" But he instead did acoustic versions of his hits with a violinist, pap smear, a triangle player and 7 other people. Good stuff
