All-purpose best athlete-turned-actor debate thread

Over some pints with C-sqaured and CTP, we were debating the best athletes-turned-actors. My list (from the three major US sports) is as follows: Bob Uecker, Jim Brown, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

'He Got Game' was fantastic. I still think about that movie whenever I see Allen. Great choice by Spike Lee to juxtapose all the basketball scenes with Aaron Copland music. KAJ in 'House of Death' with Bruce Lee and KAJ in 'Fletch' was pretty awesome as well.
