Steinski appreciation post.

I am currently listening to the new Steinski retrospective What does it all Mean? and it is removing my head. I've heard the hiphop lessons before, but the Kennedy collage, and just about everything else on this is new to me. This guy is awesome. Finally - something to complement my Negativland, Plunderphonics / John Oswald, and Evolution Control Committee Recordings. Who says Hip Hop can't be avant garde?

Sendspace. maybe - I need feedback if this worked - My first sendspace upload attempt - I zipped the 2 disc file up into a .ace file, but I think Sendspace limits the download to 50 mb but the 2 disc size is 279MB. Drat. There's gotta be a better way...

I got it last night, took ninety minutes. Seems like everything works so far. Makes a lot of stuff like "Paul's Boutique" and Girl Talk seem like amateur hour.

I should have split it into 2 downloads - I know better for next time. It's good stuff. did you listen to 'The Motorcade Sped On' yet? It's right up there with the Misfits' song 'Bullit'. I love a good JFK assassination jam. Is that dark of me?
