MF DU's dream job

<a href="http://library.duke.edu/jobs/jazzarchivist.html">Just showed up in my email box this AM.</a>

Ever think about becoming an archivist?

Wow - that does look cool. Maybe I need to go back to school to be an archivist.

Maybe if I got some academic training and an internship following that somewhere to do something like that?

Financial services pays the bills, but not the soul, I'm afraid...

I think I've seen <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byron_Coley">Byron Coley</a> described in a documentary or two as an archivist...

His 'ecstaic yod' record shop isnt too too far from where I live - mebbe 45 minutes in the car?

Anyways, paging all <a href="http://www.amazon.com/No-Wave-Post-Punk-Underground-1976-1980/dp/0810995433">Branca</a> heads....

Maybe you need to make friends with Byron Coley? It seems like your collection might rival his.
