2008JUL10 FG 1.003 (6.5% ABV) Primed with 3/4 cup dextrose (corn sugar) 39 12oz bottles First taste is a bit disappointing, as I failed to move to a secondary fermenter, this batch sat on the troob for a month. It's got an "old" flavor to it. Could be a flaw with the recipe, though.

2008JUL21 Maybe it's a "funky" flavor. This beer might be very good or very bad. I'm not sure. Floral/citrus nose, thick head which laces the glass nicely, mucho carbonation, clear golden color, decent mouthfeel, initial bite fades to hoppy aftertaste. However, is that just the corn or something else pervading the flavor? Might need another two, three weeks in the bottle.
