Anatomical Gifts

In my email box this AM: ----------------------------------------- Good Morning - I am having a little trouble placing the records in the Anatomical Gifts Department into the (where I work) record retention policy. I think they fall into the Donor Records (####) and the Gifts and Donations (####) categories but I am not sure as the gifts are bodies not cash (but really still gifts from donors that we have a fiduciary responsibility to follow the intent of the donation). Over all the records include: * Forms from donors and potential donors with their intent to donate * Records of receipt of the bodies * Death certificates * Cremation / disposition records .... And it goes on from there. My job is hilarious.

So, you might say that you both work with anatomical gifts?
