I want to, Abber, but M's cd release is that day, so from 5pm on I'm committed to lifting/carrying/setting-up... Any other day though. The only time I've been was with a bunch of English people who treated the whole experience like a sociological experiment.

When me and Propagandatour got standing rooms for the Lester no-hitter, we went down to the ballpark at 3:00 pm and got in line at the booth on Lansdowne -- we were third and fourth. The box office opens two hours before gametime.

Abber I am going on Saturday night. Go on craigslist and type red sox 13. There are a bunch of people selling tix. One dude had the $20 bleachers. You should go. We will get wasted and throw hot dogs at canada fans!

Sections 1-10 are considered right field, so you'll be somewhere on the first base line. You might get stuck behind a pole, though.

I went on Tuesday 9/10/08. Bay's HR/RBI was awesome, but Papelbon not so much. Tampa Bay was pretty tough. Whenever that one guy Fernando something or other got up to bat, all I could think about was ABBA: "There was something in the air that night, the stars were bright FERNANDO!" For fear of being killed by surrounding fans, I kept my Abba thoughts to myself.

the game on saturday night was really good. They started off a little bit sloppy but really pulled it together. There were words exchanged by the guy in front of me "what do you think of big papi now" to the guy behind me "big papi! Where'd you learn to hit? ha?" Pedroia had three hits. Big time!
