I was all set to listen, and my unreliable internet crapped out. Hopefully the stars will be aligned next time!

BTW, the previous DJ was a hoot. Didn't catch the entire set, just a few cuts up front. Pissed Jeans --> Jandek is a stunner.

Great playlist!

How is the station's library?

Whaddya think of the new Don Cab? I just can't get into it - Okkervil pretty much in the same boat...

The guy ahead of me played music that he said was 'written to be played in tanks in Iraq.' Whoa.

The library has NO vinyl -- they had a big purge some years back, and what they didn't sell was locked away. The CD's, while ample, seem to start around '92 and have huge gaps (no: early SST, Jawbox, Jawbreaker, Pixies, Shaggs, etc.) Having said that, there's probably as many discs to choose from as WUNH circa: '95, so I'll be fine.

I'll try and snag a Saturday night set for while you're here.

I hurried home, knowing I had to be in by 9, then promptly forgot why. I moped around for 2 and a half hours trying to figure out what I was forgetting, until - at 11:30pm - I sat bolt upright, checked the clock and screamed, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Is it archived?

Sorry, baby! I was gonna crank call you and everything.

No archive yet -- hopefully soon.

Every Monday, mostly, so sweat it not.

i'm a dumbass: it took a few whole minutes of listening (during my monday night and your tuesday morning) to remember that - duh - if you say "9:00," i have to convert to "6:00."

fail. *laughs*
