Uh no... what they should have done was made St Louis, Cleveland and Seattle tied for #6 which is how most listmakers do it, skipping the two numbers that would have followed. For some reason, they skipped numbers6 & 7 and made the three-way tie 8. Boston is still 9, no matter how you slice it.
