Dear Barack Obama:
This was an amazing election cycle and your hard work paid off. Congratulations on this momentous occasion, and whatever I can do as an American to help make positive change for this country, I am willing to try.
I think regardless of whom I supported, the time is now to get behind our new president and do what we can to affect positive change for our country.
Sincerely,
MF DÜ
Thanks for your heartfelt best wishes. I'll start by raising your taxes. Secretary of the Treasury Tony Rezko will be around first thing on Jan. 10th. If you have any problems, give a call to the Attorney General, Al Sharpton.
Kindest Regards,
Barack Obama

Kidding aside: How many Republicans are going to hew to the "don't criticize the President" line they've been so fond off? If Palin is correct, what happened to Real America? A lot has been said about the failure of liberals to pickup stakes and move to Canada in 2004. If America really did elect a Communist Muslim Terrorist, what's Joe the Plumber to do?
Your concession speech was first-rate.
Thanks,
Tommy
If people feel they need to move after this election, I would find this as equally chortle-inducing as when one of the Baldwins made the same noises in 2004.
I know McCain was SOUNDLY defeated and there were no grey areas, but I found his concession speech to not only be very positive and encouraging, but also much more timely and quick than the concession speeches of the past 2 elections.
Brevity and timeliness are always appreciated in the DÜ camp.
You concede when it's clear you've lost, I don't think that's any different than in 2000 or 2004.
Are you pregnant, or is that dress just weird?
I eagerly await your response.
Thanks and Congrats,
CC
I am ready to do whatever it is you feel will benefit the country.
Please sign this McCan't t-shirt.
