BTO on Chronicle - 01/27

Boston Typewriter Orchestra will be featured in a piece on Tuesday, 01/27 on Chronicle, Channel 5 at 7:30 PM. It was filmed in my basement and at Johnny D's Christmas Cavalcade. Although they are already media stars, this might be the TV debuts of G Lib and MC.

If anyone out there in Ridesidia has a DVD recorder and would be able to record the show, I'd like to have a copy.

If not, I'll record it on VHS, though that's harde to share with friends and family.

Joyce Kulhawik was the Entertainment reporter/critic on Channel 4. I think they let her go. Mary Richardson is one of the Chronicle hosts.

Are there upcoming live BTO events? What is the corporate speak tab to click on the BTO website that takes you to what should be the "tours" / Shows", or does such an animal exist?

It should be right on the front page under Upcoming Events, but our web folks have been busy putting together links and posting the videos to help support a proposal for a gig on another continent (can't jinx it, ssshhh). We are playing on Fri. 03/13 in Providence at AS220 w/The Steamy Bohemians and on Sat. 04/18 in Cambridge at The Lizard Lounge w/Rick Berlin. We need to play west of Worcester one of these days.
