Beckett gets 10K and the win today. 1.29 ERA
Can someone explain the difference between (SP) and (P) to me?

I think SP might have been an attempt to force managers into utilizing starters on their staffs, not just relievers -- this is the first fantasy year where I've noticed a 25 IP minimum being widely discussed/enforced.
Tough couple days for starters: Sabathia, Webb, Lincecum and Shields have all been knocked around pretty good.

so I dont really understand any of this, did I win? What do I do next?

Shields tends to be unpredictable, but when he's good, he's really good.

All my SP's seem to be on DL. I am trying to cope. I saw that mandatory 25 inning thing , too.

I don't get this match up scoring at all, except I'm getting my ass kicked royally.

There's still another few days, anyway.

I forgot that he *never* wins at Fenway.

SP = starting pitcher.
RP = relief pitcher.
P can be a starter or reliever.
it is mostly so that you can have 2-3 starters and 2-3 relievers on any given day, but can take out a RP if say 4 of your starters are scheduled to get the ball that day. it's just for flexibility.
I am getting my shit fed to me this week. doesn't help that 2 of my aces got shellacked on opening day. C'est La Vie.
and CTP, scoring takes place from monday until sunday, so it's still early in the week.
and can i say, i deeply regret having HR's as a pitching stat since the 2 aces i previously mentioned gave up some gopher balls.

could you possibly put a link to the league page in the RSn links?
Posted by dyedon8 on 2009-04-08 23:22:49 +0000
Maybe a current conditions update?

Current conditions requires login access. I'm a bit swamped with paying gigs at the moment to find time to add this feature to rs.n
Maybe by the All-Star break. Meanwhile, the addition of the league to the links menu will be restored.
