Kerry Wins!
Seriously.
Since the GOP brought in their army of challengers, it could be that roughly 80% of Ohio's 160,000 to 170,00 provisionals go Kerry. That's the 130,00 he needs.
Stephanapolus is with me.

Dawn, weren't you a math major? Even if Kerry needed 130,000 80% isn't enough, as he needs 130,000 _more_ of the provisionals than Bush, If bush gets 20% Kerry needs 30k more again. Given that Kerry is down 140k votes and there are (best case) 200k provvies out there, Kerry needs 170k of them to prevail, which would be 85%

First off these numbers have been floating around the past 8 hours. With 100% Precincts reporting Kerry is down 139,000. So he needs 87% of the 190,000 provisionals. We shall see if Rove's army of challengers hit the black vote that hard. (Blacks went 89% Kerry)
