Not sure about the conspiracy theory here. To definitely be part of the conspiracy the bullets would have connected with a bunch of kids that are daughters/sons of liberals. Way I figure it, the janitor probably had a Kerry sign on his lawn and Bushie is just pitching one way high and inside in order let him know.
