Ho ho ho... how many times have I used that line? "I'm a big fan of your work!"
OK, once.

Maybe the Ned we know is actually from an alternate universe. (The nebbiolo reference made me think of this).

I am a huge Bob Saget fan. I thought he was passable on America's Funniest Home Videos, but his "I'm about to laugh at my own jokes" shtick got in the way. Then Craiggers started to cold call him on "The Late Late Night w/ Craig Kilborn" routinely, which led to one of the great TV/telephone exchanges (fairly close approx):
Kilby at his desk. Picture of Saget next to microphone.
Phone ringing
Saget: Hello.
Kilby: Sags, It's Craig Kilborn. What's up?
Saget: Not much, just back the gym... having a sandwich.
Kilby: What kind of sandy, Sags?
Saget: Turkey. Are we going out tonight, Craig?
Kilby: What'd you have in mind, Sags?
Saget: Nothing crazy, the (something) bar, or we could just smoke a jay and hang here.
(Audience laughter)
Kilby: Ah, we're in front of a live audience here, Sags.
Saget: (Beep) you. No way.
Kilby: Editors have some work to do now, Sags. Thanks.

Is that dude an actor on "LOST"? I've seen him on "C.Y.E.", Larry buys a bag of schwag of him.

He's the guy who won the lottery by playing numbers uttered by a fellow mental patient- numbers that are tied into the island.

That's a nod to the actor Jorge Garcia...
tonight's episode was one of the most revealing in terms of all the weird conspiritorial doings of the 'others'...
Best show on TV right now...
