whether its political or not, I just don't get whats trying to be said.
I just get a headache when I try to "get" Doonesbury...
I certainly see the reference to "blue" as off color or prurient or whatever, but why is that per se interesting, funny , or otherwise noteworthy?

ohhh touche! Yeah Ive got no solid foundation to stand on for Lynch stuff. Lynch beats Doonesbury in weirdness and such every day of the week.
Maybe its the dual Montana Eagle Scout "gee shucks" thing mixed with the dual nature of dark evil scary shit seen in all of his films... I dunno..
All I can say (Subjectively) is that I like Lynch a heck of a lot more than Doonesbury....
