The story here is that Balco is vindicated. Sheffield #2? I don't get that in any matter of the books, but more importantly, MLB has essentially made a statement (along with Bonds) that you will be rewarded for doing steroids. And since you can't compete with guys like Bonds on steroids, you will, essentially, be punished for _not_ using steroids. This is almost as bad for baseball as Scott Boras.
