AND she also organized this AWESOME conference on refugees, immigrants, and forced migration last weekend. Please read about it when you get the chance (especially you GW supporters)-- The conference was very informative, but also completely overwhelming. It's scary and depressing to think about the extent of the injustice and inhumane treatment of people around the world and here.

I'm just glad that my sister is trying her best to do something about it.

Probably my favorite thing about this quadtych (is that a word? Two pictures is a diptych, three pictures is a triptych, what's four?) is that there's a gradiated scale of the folks looking "serious." Like the guy on the left is fucking all about it, then there's Anna who's a little less all about it, then the Indian lady even less, and finally that Asian dude's like "whatever."
