The boat that was supposed to take us out to Shakleford banks is having a Coast Guard inspection this afternoon, so we are out taking a historical tour of Beaufort, NC while we wait for our ride. Weather is beautiful-- sunny, warm (ish) and in the 50s. We're all feeling kind of relaxed after our first beer of the morning in a cedar swamp on the coast.
