Just curious: aren't "Karate," "Choking," "Raining Blows Down Upon You," and "The Grip of Death" specific examples of "With His Bare Hands?" So shouldn't it really be Six Ways Dick Cheney Can Kill You? Or is this one of those "nigger" is different than "nigga" posts?
