John Henry took one for the team, said that it was all his fault and that he blew it.
Bob Ryan and steve Burton were both hammering away with their questions, man.

Did he really hand out his rejection of the offer in a gorilla suit? Too cool...

He mentioned the gorilla suit twice. Soooo John Irving.
Good article by Simmons. A few good salient points about Theo's good luck the past three years.
I like The Dan, what can I say. I don't blame Shaughnessy's article.

I used "good" three times, do I get a John Irving award as well?

Real quick before we close the deal on Theo:
How trustworthy is bostondirtdogs.com right now? I'm not suggesting it's a lot, but seriously with the Globe buy-out of the site (who own part of the team), how much is dirtdogs forced to defend Yawkey Way front office?
I love the bit posted at dirtdogs right now with the "A Few Good Men" satire about Theo's leaving (a film I would put in Cruise's top 5 & Demi Moore's top 3), however I don't want the new GM appointment clearly to be some fool from South Carolina whose only New England tie is his MBA at Harvard, and have dirtdogs defend him. We'll see.

Man, if that guy is taking orders from the Globe people re: sucking up I'm going to jump off of Lenny Zakim's bridge. They were right on in their criticism all season- I'd hate to think of them caving in.
