hear hear.
The album that cemented my obsession with the band - Glumac brought this to our dorm and within 2 or 3 weeks of that we saw them, Shudder to Think and Sam Black Church at the Fitchburg hockey arena.
I couldn't play much else that fall of 93 afterwards (ok maybe a little zorn an Patton every now and then)
At one point, I was on the second level / overhang of the hockey arena, looking directly down (bird's eye view style) of the cyclone that is live Fugazi. I've never been the same since. Very rare that you get that "directly looking down" visual perspective on a band unless its a professionally shot video, or in an old school theater with a balcony or something.
Over veggie pizza from DHOP, Mackaye said @ WUNH in 1997 before their UNH gig that some of the insert photos from 'Red Medicine' were taken at that 1993 Fitchburg gig.
good times.
