Wow, haven't been to kuro5hin.org in a while.

Wow, and I really wanted to get around to seeing this movie, too. Maybe there's still a copy on the shelves at Newbury. Bewildering!

Are you fucking kidding me? This isn't some kind of Onion-esque journal, is it?

Anyone who wants a copy can get one from the DÜ - not to worry.
Maybe a Monson dinner party in late Spring - we can put Tron on...

This is fiction.
I have a copy in my Jeff Bridges collection.

No, it's Slashdot for grownups.

And a damn fine collection it is.

Thanks to your fine contributions... plus, See You in the Morning, which is possibly the worst of the lot.

Bad, but not worse.

Tendiamonds is right - what i didn't understand about this website is that it has a fiction / "Onionesque" section - some stuff on the site is legit, but the TRON thing is not.
Resume your enjoyment of the villanious MCP and his lackey Sark (as well as Jeff Bridges) immediately.
Side Tron tidbit: Aside from its then (1982)groundbreaking CGI effects, TRON also features the electronic compositions of Wendy Carlos Williams, a transvestite that did all MOOG music of Beethoven's 9th for 'A Clockwork Orange'. I have wanted a copy of this soundtrack for sometime. Somehow the MP3s don't quite quell the craving.
