wish the powers that be @ my new cubicle didn't have RSN on lockdown, but them's the breaks...

SYSOP: all I can think is that the company's web filtering must somehow "recognize" drupal software and block it. There's no way RSN is big enough for some corporate IT guy to know it is a huge waster (ahem I mean ENRICHER) is there?

Your firewall recognizes that rideside.net resolves to an IP address that is part of Verizon's subscriber network, so, they figure there is no legitimate business reason for you to connect to a Verizon subscriber's computer.
