BASEBALL!

My heart skipped a beat seeing Barry Zito and the SF Giants taking on <insert-name-here> and the LA Dodgers on the TV at the bar inside North Station. Yes, they serve BBC's Steel Rail Ale.

OK, here's the thing about Steel Rail Ale: I like it (a lot), but there's just nothing great about it, and I find the finish a bit tannic like the water came from the Charles river or something. How did this become a cult beer? It has good balance and reminds me a lot of Sierra Nevada, but as a great American EPA? I don't see it...

I agree. It's a very good Ale. Not an American EPA. Is that Extra Pale Ale?

Have any other guitarists opted for the "ass strap" Albini seems to favor here?

The guitarist standing next to him.

My guess is that it's what old dudes do about rock-induced scoliosis. That's why Ian Williams plays in Berklee style.

The hawk and I are in agreement about the educational benefit of Fenway Park. Whalem Park, yes. Fenway Park, no.
