Hey, if anyone has experience with this (either personal or anecdotal), could you drop me a line on my gmail account? I'm looking into it for someone who's been prescribed it, and the internets are raising concerns. Thanks.

What do the interwebs say?
It worked for my friend, but she gained 40 lbs. that she's never been able to lose.
I can't remember if I was on this during the year of the meds trial and error. If I did, it didn't work for me, and I'm on something else.

The interwebs mention generic side-effects which include suicidal tendencies, psychosis, extreme agitation, weight loss, weight gain - you know the drill. The thing is, we're talking about a member of a marginalised population with limited ability to self-advocate, so I'd like to feel confident about condoning it before (if) I do. I really don't want to get into it here, so I'll email you to discuss it further - provided you don't mind.
Thanks a lot for your thoughts.

Go for it--I'm a big fan of what ssri/snris cando for people, and have had a full range of experiences, including the absolutely awful, with them.

re: the guy (loco esay?) with the top buttonned flannel and the upturned ST brim - This is a fan and not Mike Muir, right? It kind of looks like Howard Stern if he cut off all his hair and grew a red mustache.
For the record, imiprimine and zoloft didnt do too much for me, wellbutrin and celexa seemed a better fit.
Everybody's different, though...
