yo momma
<a href="http://postcardsfromyomomma.com">This</a> has been making me laugh and laugh and cry and laugh. It reminds me of messages Mum used to leave on my answering machine when I lived on Comm Ave:
<i>"Hello?</i> [pause] <i>Is this the insane asylum? </i>[pause] <i>I'm looking for one of your, um... inmates. </i>[giggle] <i>Ahem. Pamela? It's your mother. </i>[pause] <i>At the other asylum. Would you give us a call when you're back from... whatever it is that you're doing? Thank you. Oh! We tried some of those Boca burgers? They were quite nice. </i>[pause] <i>Alright. Bye. </i>[pause] <i>Bye. </i>[pause] <i>This is Mum. </i>[click]<i>"</i>

Mom: I don't know if I approve--you know he has a child and had some issues with drugs
Me: mom I told you that's why I wouldn't see him when you tried to set us up last year and you told me to just give it a chance
Mom: Did I?
Me: I hate one of my coworkers
Mom: is she in your chain of command?
Mom: (police lingo)
Love ya,
