Hot August Night
The Neil Diamond concert at Fenway Park will 36 years and one day after he recorded The Greatest Live Album Ever.

You referring to SOD? Cheap Trick? Ozzy? Dream Theater?

Neil Diamond and George Michael - both playing Boston this summer.
Won't be able to make Neil, but I have to admit it would be fun to see George Michael live, although I am sure I would most likely not fit in in that audience. (Would anyone fit in in that audience?)

He was doing lights for the part where Biafra is climbing the fence.

I saw Neil perform at Glastonbury on BBC this afternoon. F*cking classic. And STILL SO HOT!!! Damn. Seriously foxy. Yow!
Seriously, this was him FORTY YEARS AGO, and the differences are few (different song, obviously):

Youthful Neil is more my style...but old Neil has a terrific cameo in "Saving Silverman" (which I saw this weekend). It's worth seeing just for that.

I'll have to rent it. Thanks for the recommendation, TFC.
As for Neil... yeah. In the harsh light of day, I realise you're right. I must've been blinded by sheer delight at seeing his schnoz on tv in the middle of the afternoon. Love it.

Beside the Neil cameo, it's an unfunny comedy, maybe Jack Black's worst movie, one star is too many...

Definitely dumb fun, but still funny, IMO. One of those movies that's totally dissed by the critics but is totally worth watching when you're tired, bored, and don't feel like peeling yourself off of the sofa - which is why it's always on Comedy Central.

And thanks for the clip - he was really HOTTTTT!!!! As was the emcee!

I have to say that Jack Black's worst cameo may be his bit part as a dreadlocked cabana boy in "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer."
