Will the real New Hampshire please stand up?

On the train this morning, a woman was reading an article (from a newspaper, but I couldn't tell which) entitled "Why New Hampshire will determine our next President." Could be true, though I really hope not as: http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20041017/COLUMNISTS12/110170001/-1/columnists ... will lead to another Florida, if it turns out the voter suppression is from the GOP. Looks likely, but we won't know until after the election, when the sealed plea agreement is opened. Sad.

The piece you saw sounds like the piece by Charlie Pierce in the Globe Magazine. Pierce (he's on NECN and does NPR's It's Only A Game and What, Wait... wroate about how NH has purpled, and it's 4 EC votes significance has been magnified, without which Bush would not have won in 2000.
