Vast left wing conspiracy (redux)
Going out on a limb here, as I have absolutely no evidence of it, but this Bill O'Reilly sex scandal seems just too perfect timing-wise. I think there might have been an underground push to discredit FoxNews just a couple weeks before the election. Yes, Fox is ADMITTEDLY breaking NY state law by firing Andrea Mackris, and that sucks, but something stinks here.
I hate Bill O'Reilly and his fake independent ways. Plus why did Fox try for a settlement of 2 million if the charges are baseless? But why did Mackris come back to Fox in July '04 after leaving in January '04 for CNN? Regardless of a conspiracy or not, I believe there's politics in this one.
