Sue First Ask Questions Later / Provisional Balloting

From eveyrones favorite source of so-called :"journalistic hacks" - as determined by Stuart Smalley and other readers of this board - (BTW WSJ actually NEVER makes a Presidential endorsement unlike NYT or Boston Globe or Chicago Tribune in an ATTEMPT (as for the debate on how much it actually is so, I know that it most likely is not) but an Attempt to be less Partisan) 'Provisional Democracy' check this image: nice.

How does one reconcile the WSJ stance and the NYT stance? They are both saying exactly opposite things, referencing the same federal commision documents. Or is it that they can't be reconciled? Provisional voting != Proportional voting, my bad.

What's so interesting is that the WSJ doesn't give any evidence that the Dems are making things up. They just say this is their strategy. I don't understand what is wrong when you complain about unfair voting practisces? And Again this piece falsely states there was no voter disenfranchisement, which there was. Careful with the WSJ, rladew.... Orwell/Kafka in '04
